Women and Language

Women & Language is an international, interdisciplinary research periodical publishing thought-provoking essays and inquiries, book reviews, bibliographies, and more, on topics of interest to a wide range of scholars interested in communication, language and gender. The Woman and Language Journal seeks to stimulate dialogue and inquiry centering on the questions of how gender is constructed and how the processes of difference, dichotomy and hierarchy are involved in such gender constructions. This journal is housed at George Mason University. We are currently in the process of soliciting applicants for the editor position. See below for more information on this.
